I wouldn't call it trouble, but I don't bother trying to click on drop down menu
items. I just click on the header of the menu and go from there.

Never heard of 'em before. Just clicked on link -- get the "shopping cart"
page -- anything from there hangs. (Only waited 15-20 secs.)
Call 'em?

You've overcomplicated the URL and gotten to something that doesn't work. Try
just: http://www.ital-tecno.com
This one works for me. Yours doesn't.

Well, now the "bad" one seems to working also. Thanks anyway.

Dear Ron,
At the moment, I am surrounded by four ostensibly identical printers.
The current hypothesis is that three are defective in different ways.
One prints postscript every other attempt, but reverses the page.
Normal printing is fine.
The second prints mysterious error messages. Normal printing is
garbled.
The third declines to print unless set down to 300x300 dpi, whereupon
normal printing works fine, but postscript emerges only every tenth
attempt.
The fourth provoked a "new printer found" message from Windows,
arguing that a connection existed, but then its control program, which
worked fine on the three previous printers, coyly insisted that there
was no connection.
Re-starting everything for the umpteenth time has finally persuaded
the 4th printer to spit out text and postscript with the default
settings, so I intend to declare victory and re-test the others
tomorrow after I find my temper, which is somewhere in the wastebasket
with all the garbled output.
Cheers,
Carl Fogel
