Well. I've /seen/ a Dual. But that's about it.

I want a Roberts Audax bike though I might settle for a Woodrup one that's a
tad more affordable with its Sora groupset

On a purely hypothetical tangent, if I was to get a new bike, which one
should I go for?

Currently I've got an FW Evans (new in 1986 or so) tourer - the same
model I think as the Fat Man on a Bike series.

I've also got a Brompton T3.

I use both every week for getting to work in London, on alternate days.
I take the Evans if I'm going swimming after work (and at weekends), and
the Brompton if I'm not.

I'd want a tourer/road bike as I may someday actually do what I bought
the Evans for - go on a cycling holiday, but most use would be utility
in London with occasional weekend spins.

I've not actually done any research on what's available, but let's say I
had £1,000 to spend on good quality and useful features.
