  1. It seems that Terry Polevoy, who has referred to himself as
a doctor (?) enjoys beating up sick invalids. Not only that,
but he manufactures false website posting info to do it.
    Shameless!

Davey, I suggest that you check out Canadian libel laws.

You just accused him of the crime of assault.

If anyone would know "shameless," Spammin' Dave, it's you.
Clean up your own act before you start getting too heavy
    into criticism.

Do you now have a license in Canada to practice law "Marla"
Probert since you lost your NY license?

Will Polevoy be suing dressed up in his "Vera
    Teasdale" disguise?

Possibly this is a good example of why he lost his license.
    Possibly he is Terry's lawyer?

One of Terry Polevoy (who dons disguises as Vera Teasdale)
SLAPP sued me and LOST both in Superior Court and the
    Appeals Court of California ...

Not only had I not libeled him ... I had never even
    mentioned his name!

The courts do not look kindly of attorneys suing people for
    no reason.

  7. I see Polevoy and Vera have taken this to the full extent of
    their rights.

Wait 'til you see what Vera and Terry have done here. Its as
    offensive as you can get.

I must say that doctors (some) and lawyers (U.S.) share
some special ways of thinking. Doctors try to manage
patients by telling them they will die if they don't do
what they say (numerous personal experiences). The great
irony here is that that assumes the patient is a mindless
person incapable of lucid thoughts of their own. In my
opinion if you have nothing hopeful to say, you certainly
are not on a track to heal.

American lawyers (I have never heard a Canadian threaten a
lawsuit) do exactly the same thing about suing. They have
marketed this to the U.S. public to make money and caused
you to jam your courts with silliness that is unique in the
world. Lawyers attempt to manipulate people by threatening
(the taunt) lawsuits. People like Terry rise to the bait
and echo this in an attempt (familiar) to get people to do
    what they say.

Oh well, my heart is sad for these angry people.

You ae very correct. Look at al lthe silly suits (just two
    examples):

Ritalin (5, all thown out or withdrawn by the plaintiff)
And, of course, the fellow who posts in the groups about his
    network of lawyers.

Yes, the courts have been clogged up by supious suits.

Shucks, I'm not really one of Jan's enemies. She's too
mentally ill for me to put her in that category. It might be
mildly interesting to know her rationale for somehow
deciding that Spammin' Dave is not shameless, and why I'm
being a hypocrite for pointing out this rather large flaw in
his character, but I don't really care that much.
