Au contraire; watch QT movies (again).

    And PUNISHER http://www.imdb.com/title/tt0330793/ .

Serious violence. And comic books.I suggest check it out.

    Saw Pulp F. last night. I think that's time #75 or 80.

Yes, I can recite most of the movie from memory.

And Jay is starting to remind me of Butch.

Sure. Still there's Maltese Falcon, Repo Man, and Miller's Crossing.

Can you guarantee that it is not like other
Adam Sandler movies? I never got all the way
through one. I think he is good, but he aims
too low, lower than he can attain.

Death Proof is a great movie. But only if you
have seen Vanishing Point at least 12 times.

Start with Punch-Drunk Love. It has the highest chance of being
acceptable to you, largely on the basis of being the least Sandleresque
    Adam Sandler movie.

Also, at least to me, it's actually good.

Huh. Like most conoisseurs, I prefer the 1989 Dolph Lundgren version.
Made no sense, but highly stylish!

(in all seriousness, it was terrible, and I suspect the new movie was
pretty bad, too. And I say this as someone who collected every Punisher
War Journal from about #4 to #20)

DP is so good, I mistakenly bought another copy of the DVD the other day.

Just in case one of the DVDs develops a defect.

Don't know, but he can take a punch, crash a car (and walk away),
and handles a katana like a man.

    I have 4 punisher t-shirts already, but I don't have this one.

So of course, I *must* buy it.

You just handed me a bill for a juvenile delinquent t-shirt, 'beavis
and butthead' kinda thing, which I should have grown out of years ago.

    Thanks a lot.
