ask microcosmpublishing.com -- i don't know that they own the trademark
but they certainly sell enuf stuff w/ that slogan. it'd be a start.

i'd be surprised it was was, tho. seems to already be in the public domain.

I used to see that slogan on a fleet of specially built fibreglass cargo
bikes in Berkeley, CA. Alas, they have disappeared. Probably because "One
less car" is ungrammatical. Should be, "One fewer car," but unfortunately,
that doesn't roll trippingly off the tongue.

If you decide to use it, at least correct the grammar and make it "One Car
Fewer." Someone gave me a "One Less Car" T-shirt years ago and I can't
bring myself to wear it because of the incorrect grammar. (My wife is an
English teacher.)

=v= There's a Berkeley-based organization called Pedants for
Pedal Power devoted entirely to changing this to "One Car
Fewer." Then a Berkeley academic type challenge the supposed
wrongness of this. Apparently if you go back far enough (think
OED, or Latin or Greek or somesuch) it's actually okay to use
either. Something about it being an edge case, i.e. ONE car.
