Lance cheated by using chemotherapy and surgery. It's as simple at that!

At home, you can duplicate his winning regimen by cutting off one of your
testes and taking rat poison. Supposedly you will be a much better climber.
I wonder when the anti-doping fans will ask him to pull his pants down
before congress, just to see if he cheated?

To positively stop drugs in cycling, simply remove the incentive to win.
Here is a great solution, the winner has to pay the rest of the peloton for
his moment of glory. For the podium girls, they need to select the ugliest
females or the worst looking transvestites in the city. That ought to do
it...
