I take it this means Whit hasn't butched up yet?

I'm coming to the realization that most people don't equate 'grey and
grizzled' with purty. This makes me very sad. But it also means the
chrome-dome guy is still gonna have to butch up before he can be
considered purtier than the gray and grizzled guy.

Fine example of the aforementioned manipulative behavior, to play on

Yes, to say "butch up and post your nakkid pictures" evidently has an
effect as I do feel some unexplained residual remorse.

BTW, I just did an experiment and your post shows in g*00*g13 as a
followup to a pair author/message_id that was removed from there in
October. One possible explanation is that the "removed" messages are
only marked for "no display" while still being retained in the
    database. F0r s3kr1t r3s3arch purp0s3s 😉

Since I'm not in the habit of removing posts from "g*00*g13" I honestly

    follow what the "experiment" was.
Would you mind e-mailing me some more details, I'm curious now.
    The listed address here works.

  14. To the OP. Yeah man, if you lift wiehgts and then for example later
that day/next day you are sore as hell and you flex...thats a good
thing. You are streatching out the Fascial tissue that encases the
muscle, allowing more room for growth. <See Parrillo>

Basicly bodybuilders do this without even thinking, they pose, they
stretch, they flex while checking themselves out in the mirror.

Flex your ass off dude...along with every other body part

"Puritanical" and "religious" are often used in the same sentence, but
in reality it is the non-religious types who often adhere to overly
prudish code, otherwise what would be stopping them from mauling the
