  1. I'm looking for some unicyclists from the Ipswich area... I really want
    a unicycling buddie...

  2. I felt the same way in Norwich, then I discovered that there's a
juggling and uni club-thing that meets in Norwich every Monday night. I
actually got to see other unicyclists 'live' (rather than on video) and
speak to them; even rode someone's 24" Muni for the 1st time.

Norwich too far to travel? It is a bit of a haul... maybe there's a
    similar thing hidden in Ipswich.

  3. im in letchworth- it would be cool if i could meet up with more peeps
down this way too. even though i'm fairly close, i don't have use of a
car so travelling is really limited to nearby towns like hitchin or
baldock or places easily accessible by public transport. short post,
but i gotta get to work soon

  4. Joe Rowing comes from the Colchester area, but I haven't seen or heard
of him for years - he might be at college somewhere else in the
country. That wasn't very helpful, was it :o

Joe's moved to somewhere near Horsham now.

I might be going mad but I seem to remember that there was a coker
rider from Ipswich who turned up to some event I ran. I think he was a
windsurfer, but I can't remember anything else, so that isn't very
    helpful.

other unicyclists, is there enough for a hockey team?

    Cheers

It was in the Bignold School on Wessex Street. They have a large
outdoor tarmac area, basketball hoops (there were some people playing
basketball{on unicycles}) and an indoor hall. They also had (to my
untutored eye) some seriously good jugglers. I saw my 1st seven ball
juggler. There was also a guy doing stuff with clubs that you'd have
had to video and slow down to understand.

It started at 6pm, I think, and goes on till 10.something. Very
    friendly and welcoming.

Is this useful information in Hairshirtville, Ohio? The power of the
    Internet!

  11. I'm in Kessingland over the bank holiday weekend if Sticker and Welp
(and indeed anyone else) would like to meet up with me and my son Joe
(aged 10, also a rider). We're both around level 2/3 riders, but Joe
will probably be into trials/street soon, whereas I'm more of a "get on
it and go" type of rider, with aspirations to any freestyle, trials,
muni or street I think I might be able to get away with without doing
    myself serious injury.

  12. *wonders where kessingland is*
I'd be happy to meet up in the town center (if I can find the time), as
far as I know, nothing much is happening here... Dunno if this post is
    too late...
