  1. Hi. I've lost ten pounds since new year, and although I've gone down an inch in waist size, there's
not the kind of noticeable physical change I would have expected for that kind of amount. I wasn't
seriously overweight, but had excess fat around the belly and torso in general, which still appears
to be there. Can you loose weight and still not notice a radical physical difference? Where's it
going from? I'm starting to worry that I've misplaced a major organ or something instead!

10 lbs can easily be lost invisibly: just spread it all over your body, and see!

  3. Ten pounds can be spread pretty thinly around the body, but if you didn't have much to lose it
should have been apparent quicker. You may not see it because you see yourself every day and the
daily differences are miniscule. Someone who hasn't seen you since you started might see it. Are
your clothes looser? Can you fit into a smaller size?

  4. This always happens to me, mind you I can't measure myself as that would be
too much to deal with but I lose pretty good for a bit, then the losses
slows or stops and my clothes get huge, then I start losing again, the
change in the shape/size of my body seems to be not completely related to
amount of weight taken off, good luck , Lee

Now if it could only be gained invisibly!
