That's what I'd expect. A bit of a surprise to see Mayo take 1st, even
if it is a short ITT course. And what of this Millar guy, what's his
story? "I didn't get much racing in while the club was banned from
competition" wouldn't seem to fly. Maybe he dropped another chain and
is looking to get someone else on his team fired.

My guess is Millar was just hung over from Saturday night. Just kidding, of

At least he didn't DNF! Cofidis are under high surveillance at the
moment for drug use.

Yes and a weak showing by Millar in his traditional stomping grounds
isn't going to help him. It could be argued he's not so strong without
some help and winning the ITT while under scrutiny was what he needed to
do. The only other ITT is Ventoux, which isn't his cup of tea, but
should be the highlight of the entire race.
