Young also cited ³multiple layers of collaborating evidence² that includes a
four-year history of Landis' testosterone levels, four positive results in
retesting of his seven other urine samples from the 2006 Tour, and testimony
from former pro cyclist Joe Papp about ³how and why (Papp) used
    testosterone² during his career.

On the other hand, if WADA/USADA is now strong-arming
random people who have nothing to do with a doping case
into testifying for them, maybe "collaborating" (as in the
Vichy sense) is the appropriate word.
