He sorta retired from UCI, USCF, etc bike racing a year or so ago to
concentrate on gran fondos. Those are races at the front.--

On the other hand, if WADA/USADA is now strong-arming
random people who have nothing to do with a doping case
into testifying for them, maybe "collaborating" (as in the
Vichy sense) is the appropriate word.Ben
