Steve, that sort of posting is pretty general information but I don't think
you'll find people in the USA sending stuff over to Ireland, the postage
alone is prohibitive. So perhaps it's better to find Irish sites?

Well it is used by people anywhere but the vast majority are US residents.
Do you count the Belgians and Italians?
