I never got to see Indurain race. However I remember reading an interview where he was asked how he would do against Armstrong and i think he said something to the effect of "it would be interesting"...and then it seemed the general consensus was Indurain was better at time trialing than Lance and Lance was better in the mountains.
Not trying to get anyone fired up...but was Indurain really better time trialist than Lance? Wasn't lance pretty much the best time trialist in the world for 7 years..at least during the tour?
[font=Verdana]Come on mate there is Tour going on with fresh faces and time for a new beginning... take off the Discovery kit, open the curtains and get out of your mothers basement..... we really don’t need to have this discussion for the 487th time….. [/font]

Indurain couldn't climb or TT worth a damn, his 5 TdF wins were luck. The same could be said of Armstrong who climbed like a lead balloon and only had TT success because of wind tunnel testing and fancy gadgets from HED and Nike. The only true climbing/TT talent of recent memory is Tony Rominger.

I presume this is some sort of humor, maybe making fun of the original question, maybe usual anti-LA stuff, can't tell. Is this an attempt at humor?

Just a bit of sarcasm. I could have thrown in an anti-JU comment to level the field. I always liked Rominger and he was a hell of a rider. I just get tired of the LA/JU pissing contest and throwing Indurain in the mix at this point is even worse.

Rominger is Kloden's manager : I wonder will Klodi go to Astana????????
Yeah, I'm sure after chasing Vino down in the mountains during last year's tdf when they were on the same team, kloden would love to follow Vino to Astana and ride as his domestique there.

Just wondering what you all think...thanks.
I'd say LA is a better climber and itt guy, but Indurain had the bigger schlong. But, the thing was, and this has never been confirmed, LA supposedly got more [censored]. So, it's hard to tell which is better. I mean, if you've got a big schlong but you never get any [censored], then what's the point, right? It also has to be stated that LA was down one ball post cancer, so that's got to figure into the equation as well. I don't know, I think they're pretty even all said and done. I wouldn't mind being in either's shoes but only with two balls though. Got to have two.
Personally, I think Boonen has both of them beaten in the Johnson department.

Talk about johnsons all you want then.....maybe it's just your type of fruitcake. Enjoy.
Well you have no sense of humor. More importantly, you're a bigot. Thirdly, you are obviously over-compensating with your posts here as well as your prior thread titled "[censored] problem.....".
