  1. Been lurking for quite a bit but I was wondering if anybody had some
specific comments as per induction and weight training.

I was planning on re-starting the first phase, but implement heavy morning
weights (home gym... basic barbell/dumbell exercises; maybe 3 times a week)
with after-work aerobics (treadmill at home, 5 to 7 days a week).

If it's not your first time through induction, you might not have too hard a
time. If you do, just back off a bit until you're out of induction. You
may feel a bit drained if you lift heavy, though. Post workout carbs (30 to
60 g) might help your next workout.

I feel better with going heavier, less reps and more rest between sets when
low carbing, rather than doing more reps and less rest between sets. I also
don't feel a need for post workout carbs.

  4. Just work out as normal. I really don't seem to have an ill effect when on
Induction levels and lifting. Cardio is another story however.

    Enjoy,
    Curt

    How much rest between sets?

Anywhere from 2 to 5 minutes.

Yeah, I can see how that could work as you mention.
