Hey guys
Does anyone know where you can get indoor training videos for intervals, similar to the sufferfest ones The Sufferfest - Cycling Traning Video, DVD, Podcast and Workout Resource ?
I have downloaded the sufferfest ones, but also looking for more to break up the training.

I'm finding a free download video too. i just got some from youtube http://www.youtube.com/results?search_query=Bicycling+Training&search_type=&aq=f
Check out these from Saris, especially the Race Day video. I can highly recommend them.
Spinervals with Coach Troy is great other than the music. One of his videos came with my Kurt Kenetic trainer.
If you want, PM me your email address. I will send you a large list of torrent files, which contain TdF, Carmichael Training, Armstrong and other vids, that will help you through the winter.
