Doping is fully allowed during the Saturday race. Will he be there?

Not him, but his dog. It turns out that it wasn't a code at all,
Fuentes was actually in charge of a vast dog
    doping scam.

That would explain the sudden surge in cocker spaniels winning grey
hound races. Coulda been worse, but every time they caught the rabbit,
    they tried to hump it.

I understand there was a failed attempt to dope Irish Setters until
they were actually as bright as a squirrel. Had a Husky that could get
the neighbor's setters all excited, running back and forth, and then
would run all the way to the back corner of the yard. 'Cept their yard
was about ten feet shorter. Damn setters would run into the fence
every time. For two solid years.
