  1. Implants In 30 Minutes!

Owing to advances in medical technology, surgical technique and the
fact that silicone breast implants have been determined to be
perfectly safe, a California cosmetic surgery practice is opening in a
new office where breast augmentation surgery is done on an outpatient
    basis in about 30 minutes.

They are going to call the clinic: "Jiffy [censored]."

Since California has had drive-in church services for about half a
century, I guess we shouldn't be surprised at drive-in [censored]. When do
you suppose they'll do drive-in vasectomies (aka Jiffy Bob?)

For reasons I can't imagine right now, all the guys where I
worked went to this one doctor for their vasectomy. What I
can't think is a) why I knew they had a vasectomy done and
    b) why I knew which doctor.

Let's just say if I was a guy, I wouldn't want anyone near there
(wielding a knife, no less) named Dr. Wacker.

This appears to be a free service, although it's a walk-up.

I can't imagine why anyone would want a vasectomy... it's an
amputation... what's so difficult about a tongue sammiche?
