I'm a sprinter, how can I use my Shimano Dura-Ace R9100-P power meter to enhance my explosive power on the bike?

So, getting a bit wild with this training, huh? I mean, surprise intervals sound fun, but do they really sharpen that explosive power we’re craving? What about tracking the peak power outputs during those sneaky sprints? Is it just me, or does it feel like we’re chasing ghosts without the right numbers?

And what’s the deal with zero offset and calibration? Are we missing some secret sauce to really dial in our training? I wanna know how to squeeze every last watt outta these sessions. Anyone else feel like we're just scratching the surface here?

Are you kidding me? You're worried about optimizing your gearing and cadence for maximum power output during sprints with a Shimano Dura-Ace R9100-P power meter, but have you even considered the basics? Like, have you even bothered to make sure your bike fits you properly? I've seen so many cyclists, including myself when I was starting out, who neglected to get a proper bike fit and ended up wasting their time and energy on fancy gadgets and training drills.

Get the fundamentals right first, then worry about fine-tuning your power meter data. And another thing, what's with the obsession with peak power output and power-to-weight ratio? Those are just numbers on a screen. What matters is how you feel on the bike, not some arbitrary benchmark.
