  1. My SIL just returned from Wisconsin last evening.

While at MSP airport he stopped at the new Ike's Food & Cocktails inside the
    terminal at the airport.

He said next time I come to the area don't eat dinner but wait till I am at the
airport. He said most customers were raving about their food & service.

He RAVED about the Cole Slaw.

    Any ideas on the recipe?

    TIA

    Dimitri

Was it vinegar based or white sauced based? That might help.

    kili

He said " a little sweet, a little peppery although I couldn't see any pepper
(he would not know white pepper) and vinegar based.

There are several slaws I make 2 or 3 white & 2 or 3 vinegar based.

I'll probably have to go there and taste it.

Probably, because you'd have to see what it looked like, too. I'm guessing
they used a touch of sugar in there, obviously. And what kind of vinegar?
Cider or white? You would be able to tell by taste.

Usually yes I can tell between Balsamic (color is a dead giveaway) Cider &
White. I am especially cognoscente of Rice, Rice Wine,

Nope the Central California Coast for about a year or more.

I get into MSP 1 or 2 times a year to visit Target & Best Buy.

Dimitri, I can't say I ever saw anyplace serving spectacular slaw in the
Minneapolis airport. But then again, I rarely see anything spectacular
being sold on the concourses of any airport.
