Get Lance in a cold jacket and/or in a cold room for the ITT warm-up. Andrew Coggan can verify this
- I think this is common knowledge by now and that's how Jan warmed up. Lance seems to have
dehydrated himself by warming up on a trainer outside in 90+ degree F weather.

Stop feeding Armstrong diuretics.

Hopefully just in time before stage 15 kicks off:
Armstrong + Beltran, attack on the Tourmalet, doesn't matter who goes with them. All-out on the
ascent to Luz-Ardiden, hard attack at the steep part at the bottom out of Luz St-Saveur and see what
happens, then hard on the steep part in the middle, sustained tempo to the top. Aim to put 1 min+
into Ullrich and Vino. If it works, the last ITT is easier to control. Last Chance Saloon.
The resonance with Indurain in 1996 is getting stronger with every stage.

There is little resonance with Indurain in 1996.
That year, Indurain was never really in contention.

Is Ecstacy a banned substance?
Ecstasy is methylenedioxy-methamphetamine. You can get pinged for amphetamine traces under WADA
rules, yes.
