Yup, you can. If you'll want it whole for presentation, wrap it that way.
Otherwise, wrap it tightly in plastic wrap, then pop the individual slices
(after they're frozen, so they don't moosh together) into a freezer bag.
If you Foodsaver it, do that after it's frozen, too, or you'll have a big,
nasty, smeary mess on your hands.
