Are you type1 or type 2? I like Jerky, pepperoni bites, almonds, macadamias, sunflower seeds and
things like that. I'm type 2. No meds, so I try to keep my carbs low.--

I generally don't eat snacks, except for at bedtime. If I feel that I must eat between meals, I'll
eat raw veggies, nuts, or cheese. All of these things can be bought in small packages, although the
veggies are generally available only at grocery stores.--

Granola bars and Mini-Pretzels. Don't forget that most regular (not "Big Grab"😉 pkgs of chips are
usually only 16ish carbs. One of those plus some cheese sticks are pretty filling. Oh and SF Jello.

For hypos, I prefer Skittles. The fat content in M&Ms can delay impact of the candy. For just plain
old snacks, I like the Glucerna Bars. They have around 19g of carbs. Steph"Menthu" <[email hidden]> wrote in message

I refuse to have Skittles around, lol, I cannot stop eating them. I would never overdose on a
glucose tablet 🙂 My hypo pref is juice. Works really fast for me.
