I live in NJ and want to start a cycling team so I can get out even more and have more people to socialize about cycling with. Does anyone live in the South Jersey/Philly Metro area? Would you be interested? Am I a loser? Let's see!

I'm in Portland, OR so...sorry I can't join your team. But I was wondering...do you have to have a certain number of people to be considered a "cycling team"? Is there a minimum?

I'm in michigan so, can't join, but I've considered starting a group ride, since there isn't one here, I see a lot of people on road bikes around.
what's the difference? isn't a team competeing together, as in racing?
and a group ride is just a group riding together, more to train, as some may race while others just want to ride. -
so...are 2 man teams ok?

but, they do have two man (woman, person, whatever) teams for bobsledding! :pI think it's just more fun sometimes to ride with a group and to race with a couple friends, too.
