7:40 am: Start 1:40 speed workout in the Hollywood Hills (just below the
    famous sign).

Ah, you make it sound so glamorous... You'll be telling me next that
Courtney Love towels you down with her blond tresses after your post-workout
    shower.

9:40 am: Stop off at the Local Coffee Bean and get a 24oz
    Pomegranate-Blueberry smoothie. Cost: $4.50.

24oz!!!! What's that in *real* measurements man? Litres! I need it in
    litres!

13:00 Open up a can of soup, doctored with some Goat Milk yogurt and, yes,
    chili pepper!

Oh, [censored]. What is it with Yankees? Can you not eat *anything*
without dousing it in chilli? You must have asbestos-lined bottoms.

That sounds really nice. Can we swap lives for a week or so?

Total: $159.50. It's cheaper when you run.

Yeah, Dan, sounds fine. But tell the rec.runners about your house, Dan.
Tell them what you've spent on that. I've a feeling that you run because
that's the only time in your life that you're NOT spending money. I
suspect the renovation costs on your home would comfortably exceed the total
build cost (£440M and rising...) of the new Scottish Parliament building in
    Edinburgh :-)

For a kerry supporter, only posting something a dozen times is pretty
good.Do you use Microsoft or something?

Only when he forges documents for cBS!

    GLORY BE TO THE LORD!!!
He's irritated. Real irritated to bring up such lies.
The keyword, Brother Phil, is "alleged" forgery. Alleged by
    Republicans.
Which means ABSOLUTELY NO CREDIBILITY. Zero... Nada... Zilch... Yada
    Yada Yada.....

Anywayz, Brother Phil, what do you think about the new proposal by a
Republican congressman to change the constitution to make any American
citizen even if he was not a citizen by birth and instead gained
naturalized citizenship, become President??? I heard that they are
doing it for Schwarzeneger because he seems to be the only challenger
with even a bit of hope against dethroning Kerry in 2008.

    ACHTUNG HERR KARL!!! ACHTUNG!!!
Hey dude, a majority of geeks are Kerry supporters. Virulently
    anti-Bush.
(PRAISE THE LORD for PATRIOT ACT),,,
    Most geeks are anti-Microsoft,,,,

Then why do they use Microsoft to forge documents? Draw your own
conclusions if you can think for yourself.

My dear brother JERRY, PRAISE THE LORD!!!
You are committing an act of omission,,, in the court of the LORD, an
act of comission.. In other words, you are lying...
Your act of omission is this keyword: "Alleged"
Alleged forgery. As in "alleged by the Republicans". Which in other
    words means, ABSOLUTELY UNCREDIBLE.

In the meantime, go read this book. It might enlighten your wee little
    mind:
