I heard "Watch it, dumb ass!" as I had to thread the shrinking gap
between a car full of college girls backing into my lane and oncoming
traffic. The comment came from the car backing towards me.
I was too busy trying to survive to think of any good comebacks. It was
right in front of the police station, so if I was going to make a ruckus
that would have been the place to do it, but I was in a hurry so I just
let it go.

That thing shakes my house almost daily. It was pretty neat the first
few times I saw it but it sure is loud and now we're pretty tired of it.
They did fly-bys all day yesterday, starting early.
Lots of people hang out and look at it with binoculars and take photos
with big zoom lenses. I guess it's a big deal for some. I even saw a guy
with a t-shirt for it. Not sure if he was crew or just a fan.
