I am not certain I have identified it correctly (and I can't find the packaging) but my Uniflo Evolution pump is very similar to this: topeak.commountainmorph.phpOpen ↗. Very handy for rapid, comfortable inflation.
In my experience, pumps with solely plastic construction break easily.
I need to buy a new pump now, I went to the local Trek shop today and saw several kinds.
Mini, 1 way action (means only delivers air on one stroke?) Frame pump, attaches to the frame? Need to know what size..
Plastic, Metal?
Any brands better than others?
CO2?
Do you have a floor pump at home, or will this be your only pump? If the latter, consider the Topeak "Morph" range which are frame pumps that function as floor pumps. My Mountain Morph has functioned for four years as the only pump for four bicycles, but is small enough to be carried everywhere on my road bike.
+1 on the Topeak morph line. I just got me a mini morph, which is only 1 inch longer than my old mini pump and it's got all the features of a floor pump. Priceless. Ahhhh... well...ok...more like 50-60 au$, but you get the idea.....
