I ride a bike, always likes to put on my gloves. Morning to ride a bike to work, suddenly feel I have to gloves too old old don't look good. I want to a pair of popular nice gloves. Now in the market which brand of Bicycle gloves is better.

There is no best glove. Go to your LBS and try on some gloves top see what fits and feels good. As for looks, no one pays attention to another rider's gloves.

The only place you might find gloves for $20 is at performance and or Walmart.

Personally, I prefer the old crocheted style. At the local Trek store can buy Bontrager(SP) crocheted gloves for $15. The have more padding than most. Great gloves if you do not mind looking out-of-style. I do recommend trying on gloves at the LBS to find gloves that fit you the best.
