  1. This time last year I was morbidly obese with a BMI of 41.5. As of this morning
it is 24.9. Normal. Wow. Even if BMI is a silly measurement, I feel GREAT about
    it, LOL!

You're a marvelous inspiration! I'm very happy that things are working
out for you so well. It's fun watching you shrink!

My impression is that your eating choices will mean you and hubby now
have a much better chance of being around to reach your golden years -
    grandchildren etc.

LOL! It feels GREAT!! I keep reading about people who lose weight and still
feel fat inside. I guess I'm lucky, I gained a lot of weight and still felt
thin inside. Now that I've gotten most of it off, I don't feel like a different
person, I feel like *me* again. I still have weight to lose, but I kind of get
a kick out of knowing they're 'vanity pounds' rather than 'you're gonna die if
you don't get this off' pounds. It did inspire me to finally trade in my XL
vest at work (that a year ago I couldn't even button, and today could wrap
around me 1 1/2 times!) for a medium. In the process of moving stuff out of my
pockets, I accidentally threw my car keys away. It took me over an hour after
work to find them. So my reward for losing was to go digging in trash cans
    today, LOL!
