Hi Jean.........
All what I can tell u is that few weeks ago I had EXACTLY the same thng, after many weeks on
program I didnt feel I was having enough "loss" and I was down and depresed, etc.. I talked to my
leader but was not really encoraging BUT, what I got that week from my husband changed the
show....... He got me a kitchen weightscale and was THEN when I started to realize that I was
eating too much more than I tought. So MY problem was that I tought I was eating around 26p/day
but it was somewhere around the 35's . As soon as I changed and adjusted that Weight started to
go much easier...... So, what I can rcommend u is to CHECK and WEIGHT what u r eating at least
for the net 2 weeks and Im sure u'll see better results...........
Hope u get in the good way soon ......... Best wishes
Carolina

Quoted message said:I've been on the plan for 12 weeks. I've lost a grand total of 3.5 pounds. I keep going up and
down. Someone ahead of me in line has lost 10 pounds in 4 weeks. I'm deeply frustrated. I've just
come home with
a .8pound gain after what I thought was a very successful week.
I am compulsive regarding my points, and write everything down. I walk at least 10 miles/week (2.5
per walk, so 4 times/week.). I do not go over my alloted weekly flex points.
I know that losing slowly is the best for the long term, but this is ridiculous. I'm tempted to go
on a vegetable/water regimen, but that will only give me a short term weight loss which will
disappear once I start eating responsibly again.
I need some encouragement!
thanks!
