  1. Hey all!

I'll be in Sydney over the weekend 13-14 August, to participate in a
very major 14km event of the type of which we do not speak. I doubt I'll
have the bike, but I'm always up for beer.

Is that when the city to surf duathlon is on ??
    2 km walk / 12 km run ?

or have you managed to get a previous time to start in a forward group ?

That's the event! I haven't put in my entry yet, gotta send that off,
for myself and team today. I should be able to get in a forward group.

Tam *pretty fast* (but I'd rather be *pretty*, *fast*)

Geez Tam - no need to keep putting yourself down! I don't know you
personally, but have seen your blogs from time to time, and don't see any
evidence in your pix that you're anything but a normal atractive young
woman. No sign of big arsedness or ugly sticks that I can see! ;^)

This isn't a come on, it just worries me when fit, healthy, young people
worry about the size of their bum or how they look.

    Tony F
wishing he was young and attractive again. OK..., young again.

You'll notice none of the photos are close ups of the face or the [censored].
That being said, I'm quite proud of my large hindquarters. I mean, I'm
no female TRACK cyclist, but they're a decent effort for someone who
runs long distance! Putting myself down comes from an absence of Lotte
in my life today. Normally she does it for me. Where is Lotte?!

    FWIW, she does seem attractive.

    And on a scale of 1 to 10... <drum roll>....

Besides, being nice looking is just having a nice facade
to the rest of your digestive system, or so I have been told.

  8. Yes well - tell me how pretty you think she looks when she's whipping
your @rse up a hill, threatening disembowlment if you downgear, showing
no sympathy as your quads seize in a deluge of lactic, and tears of
pain are rolling down your cheeks...

Pretty all right. Pretty fscking nasty when she thinks you're not
squeezing that extra bit out uphill... 😉

Abby (who hasn't been scarred at all by Tam's training...)

    Shuddup you're making me blush.

Hehehe my digestive system works GREAT, except Monday, that was all bad.

I think I'm scarred. I think I'm going to hurt so much more tomorrow.
I'm back on the ice, and that's just for the pain!

Now, you're just forgetting... that nice friendly pace this morning has
made you forget the former pain...

Uhhh, yes. Rugby is not the dreaded sport that begins with 'r'. I am not all that familiar with Tam, but I am fairly sure that _she_ will not be a Bledisloe Cup player this year. Nevertheless, it will be a top match!
