i regained all my lost weight because i spent the last 1-2 years
binging. ๐
i am hoping i can stay on track or at least get to a place where the
road way swerve but I don't go over the cliff, ya know?
I've seen people lose more weight than I weighted at my biggest but
for me its 50lbs of, 50 lbs on. At 5'3" that ain't pretty!!
so - i am a big old blob again, back to my post pregnancy
blobtacularness. A few familiar names here.

Good luck to you!
Since you've been so brave I'll come clean too. I've gained all my weight
back also. Three Thanksgivings ago I decided I was going to have small
helpings of all the non-low carb foods, just for the holiday. Well
Thanksgiving turned into Christmas turned into New Years, Easter, summer
picnics.....you get the picture.
Added to that were emotional roller coaster eating binges after losing my
sister to cancer and then being downsized from my job a year later. After
all that, being thin just didn't seem so important anymore. So many excuses
and justifications. ugh!!! I'm disgusted with myself.
So on June 1st I climbed back on the wagon. It's a pretty rickety one but
hopefully I'll keep it together.
