  1. Hi, everyone!

It's me, Carol Ann. I see only a few familiar names.

I am starting my new WOE again. Hopefully this will be the last time I have
to pick myself up by the bootstraps and say, get back on the horse!

I look forward to reading and sharing my weightloss journey.

Hi Carol Ann, welcome back! I take it that Morgan has finally weaned
    herself?

Hi you! Welcome back! Funny how one little baby takes up so much of
your time huh??? Believe me Pre School is a welcome 3 hours of breath
time. I was so ready for Kindergarten. I have 6 hours each day to
myself as she is in 2nd grade now. Well I should say sort of because
the grocery shopping entails getting her food, I do her laundry, make
her after school snack etc. I guess even when they are gone your still
doing things for them. SIGH!!! I guess I should say its a break from
the verbal parenting right??? Won't complain though as she will be up
and out on her own like overnight and I will miss her

With so much freetime on your hands perhaps you can get a job and quit being
such a burden to your husband and society.

    Funny you should mention it...NOPE.

But, she is down to only feeding at nite and only until she falls asleep.
    So, it's getting better.

I am hoping she stops liking the taste of the milk when I begin to cut out
all of the 'icky sweet stuff'.

I am so glad she attends school 3 days a week. I enrolled her into summer
school and am looking for a gymnastics or gym type program to occupy her a
    few days a week.

    She's awesome!!

Last time you saw me I was pregnant. I think I'd like to lose a good 20 -
25 lbs before I let you see me again.

We should meet in Atlanta! God knows my condo could use some life in it!!

    Thanks for the hellos, ya'll!!!

I am totally pumped to get the weight off.

I remember the turning point of my last successful weightloss here on the
ASDLC. It was after I dropped 20 lbs in 7 weeks.

Now, the question I ask myself is how I let negativity from others deter me
from my goals. It has to do allot with what was happening in my personal
    life.

Now, however, I do not have the 'issues' I had back then and can tell you
that no matter WHAT anyone tells me, I WILL reach my weightloss goals.

I KNOW my weightloss will slowdown after 1/2 my goal is reached.
I KNOW that the first week is a bunch of water (or swelling or whatever they
    called it).
I KNOW that I have to eat low carb for the rest of my life if I want to
    maintain.
I KNOW I should not focus on the numbers.
I KNOW that you think I will gain it back.

I also KNOW I can reach my goal AND that I can do it within 7 months.

So, my goal IS to lose 43 pounds by my birthday December 21st. That is
    about 5 lbs a month.

Looks like I'll have to do the MONTHLY 5 LB LOWCARB WEIGHTLOSS CHALLENGE!!
Even if it is with just me!
