I was working on the graphics a damn fly got in the paint!

I have never built any RC anything so I have no experience but I think their was a spider behind your problem

This one is smaller, by six inches with a smaller engine that makes more
horsepower. And it weights about half of what the other one does.. -

IF you check youtube for RC airboats, a lot of them are run on the snow.
Some even have a cart with wheels for them. One has a kid riding it down
