  1. I didn't even watch this morning.

    I love the guy: he's pure class but I thought he was done.

    I'm not sure I know enough to put something like this in context. Has
    there ever been anything like this in the TDF before?

    Not hardly. Benjo will have the perspective and be able to relate similar
    events, but surely there are none that could top this. Just as this cannot be
    greater than the other great rides.

    Unless he falls of the bike somewhere, Landis will find thirty-some seconds
    between here and Paris.

    Not with this great a time loss one day, regained the next, but
    LeMond-Fignon 1989 was pretty amazing ...

    Maybe not in the modern era, but cyclingnews wrote that Floyd's ride is
    reminiscent of Charly Gaul in 1958.
