  1. I cannot live without donuts, must eat 23 every day or I will die.

But my doctor says that I'm far too fat.

What can I do now? I cannot give up donuts or I'm dead ...

    HELP !

Hold a good thought, maybe you'll be reincarnated as a cop. At least it
will be a turn of the wheel up from troll...

  3. You have to chose: Either your heart or the donuts.

With 23 per day you are likely to develop something serious
unless you burn it all off which doesn't seem the case per your weight.

Change your habit. I did. It worked. I am never hungry.

This is not DEAL-a-meal Richard Simmons' hunger diet.

I don't call myself "On Diet" as the term is negatively known.
I just changed what I eat: not less food but different food.

Don't they make a "low carb" version of those yet?🙂

  6. Mmmm, donuts! I like Krispy Kreme when they are still hot. Wish they made
them with half sugar though. I think they would be even better if they did.

It is obvious what you need to do.

Yes, but I can symptathize. Safeway bakery cake donuts with dark chocolate
frosting, big irregular shaped bits of crust, hardly even sweet.... Somehow
I manage to turn my head and walk by....

Ought to be possible to make something kind of like those....

Very simple: keep eating them donuts and die.

start planning your funeral. just think how many diamonds lifegem.com will
be able to make out of your ashes. a regular person can produce 100 , and if
you keep the donut-diet going, your family could become huge in the diamond
business. See, there is an upside to everything.

  10. Make the donuts out of cheese.

Yes, but can trolls do that? 🙂

Hm. I did like Betty Crocker's cheese-garlic biscuit mix. Havent' tried
    reintroducing it yet.

I guess some real person starting with donuts could switch to the
cheese-garlic stuff, then phase in more and more low-carb ingredients, such
as chickpea flour, protein powder.... I'd love most anything with the
texture and crust of big irregular cake donuts....

Haven't had the nerve to try deepfrying, as my space is very cramped and I
don't want grease all over everything.

Send me $10 for every donut you eat. Then, the financial burden will
force you to moderate your intake, which will save your life.

Or pork rinds! Refried pork rinds, what a concept.

In a low moment early on of missing my big bowl of crunchy morning cereal
(with banana and plenty of sugar, of course), I crumbled up some pork
rinds, sprinkled them with Splenda and poured on some Half & Half.

    Do. Not. Try. This.

I thought my wife was going to injure herself laughing when I fessed up.
It has put me off pork rinds for life, I think ;-)

If you can make a cake out of pork rinds, you can likely make a LC donut
too. In fact, my guess is that pork rinds would make a better donut (i.e,
    cake donut) than a cake.

  17. If you like Grapenuts, textured veg protein might have possibilities. It
sure stays crunchy in coconut milk.

The kind I tried seemed to have a little mild meat flavor. Maybe
pre-treating it with cinnamon, cardamom etc would help. Or something like
raisin juice, if you didn't mind that little bit of carb. Try a recipie for
making your own granola, using the tvp instead of oat flakes?

It works well in things like pilaf, where you'd normally use brown rice or
    wheat berries or such.
