Tyler now has 3 positive tests. They were done on 3 different blood
samples, taken at 2 different times. The results were confirmed by 2
different labs, and an outside panel of experts (Athens) agreed with
the result in that case. The Athens B sample was NOT negative; they
could not run a test on it.

This all looks pretty bad for Mr. Hamilton. I am quite disillusioned.

....then it might very well be that Tyler has a reason for 3 positive
tests (and don't fool yourself, the 4th would have been positive if they
had followed protocol and not frozen the specimen).

However, it is to his benefit to have every test be positive. I will
change my position regarding this test being [censored] if Tyler's blood
miraculously returns to normal in six weeks time--unless there was a
documented blood transfusion as part of a surgical procedure.

Aren't you concerned that a panel of experts had to be convened to interpret
test results? Are they going to convene a panel of experts every single time
this test is administered?

The important part is that it was not positive. No one can say for sure
that it would not have come back negative. But it is a known fact that the
B sample was not positive.

Are you forgetting the 2 positive tests at the Vuelta? So, there are 3
positive tests and one "no test" which in my book is not the same as
not positive. The test wasn't done so its not anything. Don't take the
bureaucratise language and try to be literal. Of the three samples
that were actually tested there were three positive results. I don't
understand blood chemistry but I can count to three.
