    toilet water to participants in the River Bank Run in Grand Rapids, for
    several years now. See, not all social groups are a waste of time.

    Amen! There always seems to be those that think it is funny to spike
    your drink or orange slice. When I took something from the sidelines I
    chose a little kid with mom and/or dad. First off it thrilled the little
    ones and I knew the chances of getting spiked yuck was slim. If I took
    water I would usually just dump it over my head and drink at the formal
    aid stations.
