I got into the habit of a bedtime snack years ago, during my first
pregnancy. When pregnant or nursing, I really needed those calories to make
it through the night! And I did spend 7 1/2 of the last 12 years either
pregnant or nursing! :-)
Now I plan my points around a late snack. Somedays I really want something, other days I don't. Some
evenings I just want to munch some popcorn. But, it's all figured into my total daily points. The
only time I've noticed a problem is when I have more than one alcoholic drink after dinner. Then I
always notice a slight gain the next day. But a bowl of cereal and milk - no problems there!

Quoted message said:Amber,
I'm sorry you're going through this. I don't have friends or family
who
Quoted message said:are
Quoted message said:Quoted message said:like this and you shouldn't have to go through it. The worst thing
I've

Quoted message said:Quoted message said:happen is a friend talking to me about eating things before bed and how maybe if I gave that up
I'd lose weight better. As I explained to her
I
