did the next 20 about the same 160 to about 130 135
just wondering if this means anything and can i try to improve something by it . i know hr train isn't perfect just wondering. and i think my max hr is around 195 or so
On a trainer with a predictable speed to power relationship if you have no way to measure watts shoot for 92% of max speed for that duration that should keep you in the sweet spot. Test your max speed once a month to recalibrate your training target speed.

Yes and make sure to have a standard tension setting. The way you can do this is to keep your rear tire inflated to the same pressure (obvious), and also to measure "roll out" on the rear tire. Basically to measure roll out just get your bike up to any speed you care to calibrate from (let's say 30km/h) and then stop pedaling. Measure how long it takes for your rear tire to stop moving. Every time you ride, make sure you adjust the tension on your flywheel so that your roll out is exactly the same. Only way to tell if you're really improving.

for configuration without speed...can we also use gear-ratio and cadence combination.
I don't know... you might be better off with a rear wheel mounted computer. If you are really cheap like me you can solder in an extension to change front mounted to rear wheel mounted speed sensor.
