How to stay motivated during long rides



Several options for long rides and helping the time pass.

- Do a set of intervals in each hour
- Ride with a good mate or two or three. Not some pathetic clicky whinger ******* that gives everyone the *****
- If solo, put play some good pod casts or music
- Just enjoy the damn bike ride

Its not rocket science.
