There's nothing there to bulk up. You
could try getting REALLY fat or amputating
your arms and hoping to get a transplant
from someone with big wrists.
Nah, Ari. The surgeons could simply reattach his hands to the meatier
part of his forearm. Who needs a wrist anyway!?
Seriously, WIW, count your blessings re your arms and forearms actually
growing appreciably. Now if you're interested in increasing the size of
your wrist then pick up a copy of that one powerlifting magazine or
Google for strength training versus bodybuilding-type stuff.
Ari's right, though, in that I believe there's nothing you can do to
really make a noticeable difference in your wrist size. Mine are six
and a half inches and have been since age 15, perhaps even younger. Are
you, however, hitting the wrist curls, reverse wrist curls, wrist
roller, finger-tip pushups, etc.?
Best of luck, but - TRUST ME - things could be worse.
