One side is to find people to run with, individually or clubs. Or to
look for races and sign up for them as an inducement to doing the required
training. I don't like couch to marathon as an approach myself, but some
have successfully used it (more have failed with it).

A different side is to start thinking again about why you like running.
Until you have some things to remember about enjoying running, it'll be
hard to get out and keep with it.

Still another side is to think about how rough it will be to restart
if you let it get to 15 years (been there myself, heartily disrecommended!).
In like vein, to consider how bad it is for your health to be doing
no exercise (a bit of a guess on my part).

    Good luck!
