  1. Several of my friends are trying to get in touch with icycleusa.com.
Their web site is totally useless. Anyone have an email or contact #?
    Thanks,
    [email hidden]

  2. From their "Contact Us" page on their web site:

  3. I would have to somewhat side with the original poster. The site does not
have a phone number. The only contact methods are mail, fax, and email.
This is not very professional, even though I have ordered from them before
    with no problems.

I believe the phone number is for Wuertz's former residence in Grand Forks,
ND... he used to sell out of his apartment . Kevie now operates out of Las
    Vegas, NV...

Address might be correct. However, I believe the phone number is for
Wuertz's former residence in Grand Forks, ND... he used to sell out of his
apartment . Kevie now operates out of Las Vegas, NV... you might have better
luck contacting his web hosting company.

  8. I noticed that you posted ICYCLES's contact info on the RBM Board. Since
    ICYCLES
does not have the staff to handle large quantities of incoming phone calls,
and increasing our staffing levels to handle an increasing number of calls
would not be cost-effective, we would greatly appreciate it if you would
refrain from providing the number to others, especially in public forums
such as discussion boards and chat rooms.

We certainly appreciate your willingness to provide help to other users and
I know that providing the phone number seems like the correct thing to do,
especially when a user appears to need emergency help; however, providing
the number to large groups is counter-productive. Since we don't have the
staff to handle these calls it only increases the frustration levels of both
    members and staff.

It is not very hard for people to contact us. There are multiple CONTACT US
links on every page of our website. It is necessary for customers to use
those links in order to receive the professional help they deserve.

Sounds like someone think more highly of himself than he ought.

Yea and to think that I was thinking of ordering from their site just last
night. If I can't talk to a real person then they generally are not going to
    get my credit card information.

    Yeah!!!

Take those Wankerz right off the Highly Recommended list immediately

  12. I noticed you have the right amount of staff to take the money... then
you don't have the staff to return emails asking whether or not the
ambiguous/vague/unclear photo of a tire is kevlar or wire... but you
do have the staff to ship the tires out.... but then you don't have
the staff to provide service after the sale.

You write "It is not very hard for people to contact us. There are
multiple CONTACT US links on every page of our website. It is
necessary for customers to use those links in order to receive the
    professional help they deserve."

Mmmm, no. I saw my friend's replies from you; emails with links to
nothing, unless of course, if you count staring at a white Web site
    "the professional help they deserve."

I applaud the rider who posted your information. I will make sure it's
posted on the appropriate bike forums so your deserving customers can
get in touch with you to discuss their purchases.
