How can one do this? Their web site posts no email address. There is no
"contact us" form. Of course, there is no phone number either. I tried sending
email via their EBay user id. All I got is a boiler plate FAQ response - no
response to my questions or how to contact further. How in hell can someone run
an on-line parts shop and NOT even respond to email. Perhaps this is an
indication of potential troubles?

Never mind. Just managed to find the ask a question form. Now well see if they
respond. It sure lists alot of things to NOT ask about.David White said:

I had a slight bit of trouble with a shipment from them. The package
was damaged in transit (so it was USPS's fault), and I didn't get a bag
of spoke nipples I'd ordered. I used the contact form, and ICYCLES sent
me a replacement bag of nipples, no questions asked. I didn't get any
replies, but they got me what I needed. *I* think that's good service-
not particularly friendly, but good business.Jeff

Perhaps this is an indication of potential troubles? There must be because I just ordered a part from them last week and got it
this week. -

pay for, and they seem to do that ok.
