Yes, that's the correct information. Feel free to complain... I'd be surprised if you haven't
already. Unfortunately for you, expressing a criticism of _you_ is not a violation of their TOS :-)

business, Andrew. When Google refused to retain Deja's NNTP post tracing, we found a way how.
