On a scale of animal intelligence, how smart is the typical aushole? Inquiring minds want to know.
I am tempted to put it somewhere between an amoeba and a dodo bird. The dodo did have the good sense to rid the world of itself though. Maybe we should not place it quite that high.

Apparently, we (when I say we, I mean us, the inhabitants of the TAN thread, but not me - I am clearly not tarred by the convict brush, although I will answer to sheep shagger) are the aforementioned ausholes. This would be some form of insult from our brothers from American mothers (or possibly sisters from septic misters) in retaliation for calling them seppos. Bugger, I did it again 😄

Oh, theres the Yank sense of humour .... when I saw the movie "stepbrothers" with Will Ferrell I found myself laughing for the first 10 minutes but the jokes became repetitive and predictable so I began playing games (sudoku etc) on my mobile phone (or what the seppos call a "cell" phone).
Cant understand why shows like 2 & a half men and Seinfeld are thought to be classic comedy. Yanks are abnormal.
So, how smart are ausholes? Well...The yanks flew over to Sydney to make the Matrix trilogy- obviously our movie crews are more creative and clever and cutting- edge than those in the USA.
And have a look at the numerous inventions made by aussies - and are exported around the world.
Medical breakthroughs like Fiona Stanley's work in Perth, etc etc...
Steve dont encourage them. We may not survive another attack of logic from CannondaleGrl.
Bringing up movies though was a bad idea. They are fkn good at that and our film industry is a bee's [censored] more prestigious than begging for cash out the front of flinders st station.
