Hi
I wonder how often should I pump the tire, after how many km would be fine?

Air will diffuse out of latex tubes and these need to be pumped up every day or two. The more common butyl tubes should hold pressure for months regardless of no. of miles. If a butyl tube goes soft quickly it either has a slow puncture or a defective valve; replace.
I usually repump everyweek

The real world answer is "it depends." Not very scientific for sure but tubes will lose air at different rates, even tubes from the same manufacturer.
I use butyl tubes on all of my bikes. I have an MTB that only needs to be topped off every couple of weeks, a roadie that needs to be topped off about once a week and another roadie that needs to be topped off every couple of days. You just have to get to know your tubes more personally, I suppose.
As already mentioned, latex tubes need air more frequently on average.
Before Every Ride, NO EXCEPTIONS!!!
I was a "before every ride" man unitl I started using Vredestein Race tubes.
They seem to hold air much better than most, so I only have to top them up every few days -- twice a week, if I wanted

I do mine before every ride. Sometimes they need more than other times, but i dont think it is too much work to check before every ride.
I believe the appropriate answer is - tire pressure should be CHECKED before every ride, and added as necessary. You don't have to do this, but you may get a reminder as you whip through a downhill turn at 40mph...
i pump them up before every ride on my road bike, and have never gotten a pinch flat. maybe once a month on my mtn bike.
I inflate my tires to proper pressure before every ride...
