  1. Im currently on the Br. B diet ... and have been given the direct quote
"they are not allowed to tell me how much vitmain B12 they are
injecting in me, even if they did know." I find this disturbing, but
not detering. With the success Im having ... they can inject me with
whatever they want!! j/k But i know i would also be willing to take
the oral supplement for ALOT cheaper at home. Ive found a brand and
supplier with 1200 mg, that melts under your tongue which is comparable
to the injection. Anybody out there have information about how much
    they are giving their patients?

You get a LOT better utilization out of injected vs. oral.

    There is no comparison.

    Really.

It's obviously a spammer troll. When you enter "Br. B diet" into Google
you get a commercial website that sells vitamin B.

Oh, well, I did not fall for the spam then. ;-)
Thanks for bringing that to our attention.....

  5. Om, if you don't mind, I have a few questions....

What is your experience with B12 injections? Is it helpful for your
well-being? Where do you get the injections? From your doctor? What
illness does it treat? How do you get a prescription/persuade your
doctor to give it to you?

My mom has been telling me to increase my vitimin B consumption to
    combat fatigue.

I noticed they have the sublingual B vitamins at Trader Joes, was
wondering if it might be helpful.

a low carb diet is naturally high in B vitamins, especially B12. It is found
in meat, mushrooms & green veg, but like Iron, requires vitamin C to
mobilise it. My doctor advised that I have higher than average B12 stores
after low carbing on and off for a few years, but require additional
Vitamion C to make sure I get the value out of it 🙂

I don't, but my Aunt got them when she was on chemotherapy.
It did help her some, but she died anyway. :-( Metastatic uterine cancer.

I personally just take oral vitamin B-12 and take lots of it.
I'd like to get the shots and will be discussing it with my Dr. next
    time I see her.

    Can't hurt, might help. :-)
There are plenty of herbals out there too.

I used to use the sub-lingual prior to my workouts at the gym. It did
help but I'd forgotten about it. Thanks for the reminder!
