Ran the CIM in December, my first marathon. Started training in late
May '04, I had been dormant for years. I was probably averaging around
35-38 miles/week by the time I ran the CIM. I stopped running after the
CIM and resumed being a disgusting fat body for the next 4 months.

Now I think I want to run San Francisco at the end of the July. I ran
my first week last week, I did 30 miles without any problem. I was
thinking of adding about 3.3 miles/week, I wanted to get to a 60 mile
week before I run San Francisco. But now I'm wondering if that's
pushing too hard, I don't want to get injured, I'm 38 years old. I feel
    basically strong, but...

(I'll troll myself to save the rec.running trolls some time: I'm old,
stupid, homosexual, and fat. I should save my money and jump in the San
    Francisco Bay instead.)

Dominant, or a bottom, why bring it up on here?

Sometimes nature shows you your true-self wether you want to see it or
    not.

While the above is also self-evident, a ecologically responsible troll
like myself, would never advocate polluting the Bay with a
    vermin-riddled body such as yours.

Please don't do it. I maybe a troll, but I'm ecologically responsible
troll, and I have to share the earth with the toxins your obviously
polluted body gives off on a daily basis, but to disperse them in water
would be eco-terrorism (you've been reported to the homeland security
agency, but that's another thread) at it's most lethal. Of course all
these observations are based on your self description, which if
anything, I'm sure you were too easy on yourself.
