The rest day is not for the cyclists, it's to give rbr readers a chance to catch up.
It's also a transfer from Brittany to Bordeaux.

derailleurs to give an unfair advantage.

What ever happened to the European Union?? How about a Euro jersey and
playing Euromusic at the podium!
